What the community is

HuanHuan Community is the other half of HuanHuan: the app handles scheduling, books and job assignment; the community handles finding people and reputation. Its own one-line description reads 「换换社区 · 接单互助、同城生活与兴趣交流」(HuanHuan Community · taking jobs and helping each other, local life, shared interests) — ask questions, share what you learned on a job, warn others about scams, find people nearby to walk the dog with, take jobs owners pushed to the public board, and check a store's real track record.

Address: social.huanhuan.com.au. It runs in a phone browser, inside WeChat, or on a computer; nothing to install.

The community is Chinese-only for now

Every button and message on this page is quoted in its original Chinese with an English gloss in brackets, so you can match what is on screen.

Same account as the app

The login panel says it itself: 「与换换工具同一个账号——这里注册了,工具 app 直接登录,反过来也一样。」(Same account as the HuanHuan tool — sign up here and the app signs you straight in, and the other way round.) The community calls app.huanhuan.com.au 「换换工具」(the HuanHuan tool). Name and email can be changed on either side; see Sign-up, sign-in and profile.

One rule: the community does not take recruiting posts. The yellow strip at the bottom of the ＋ panel spells it out: 「社区不发招工帖。有偿找帮手,需要店主在换换工具建分包单并推到公域。」(No recruiting posts in the community. To hire a helper for pay, the owner creates a job assignment in the HuanHuan tool and publishes it to the public board.) Published jobs show up automatically on the community's 「接单」page; helpers apply there, you confirm in the tool. How to publish: Public board.

Five minutes to get going

  1. Open social.huanhuan.com.au. Without logging in you can read posts, circles, the jobs list, the marketplace and reputation pages; the moment you try to post, comment or apply, a panel pops up saying 「登录或注册后才能……」(Log in or sign up to …) — tap 「登录 / 注册」(Log in / Sign up).
  2. First visit: tap 「第一次来，从这里开始」(First time? Start here) on the Discover hero and walk the three-step tour: 认识社区 / 找到方向 / 放心交流 (meet the community / find your way / chat safely). Under the hero are two links, 「社区指南」(community guide) and 「社区规则」(community rules); once you have finished the tour a third one, 「新手引导」(tour), appears so you can replay it any time.
  3. Use the region button next to the 「社区动态」(Community feed) heading on Discover to pick your city and suburb: the dialog is titled 「选择浏览地区」(Choose browsing region); pick a city in the 「城市」(City) dropdown (empty = 「全澳」, all of Australia), optionally type a 「区 / Suburb」(placeholder 「例如 Docklands 或 CBD」; blank = whole city), then tap 「应用地区」(Apply region). Recommendations then favour what is near you; 「查看全澳」(View all of Australia) widens it again.
  4. Tap 「登录」(Log in) at the top right on a phone (bottom of the left rail on a computer) and log in or sign up with a mobile number or email. The first login takes you through 「完善档案」(Complete your profile): pick a role, fill in your home suburb.
  5. Tap the ＋ in the middle of the bottom bar → 「发一条动态」(Post an update), or the box at the bottom of Discover 「写点什么，和大家聊聊」(Write something, chat with everyone), and publish your first post.
  6. When someone replies or an owner confirms your application, a red number lights up on the bell; the red number on 「消息」(Messages) in the bottom bar is unread job chat.

The top bar has the 「换换社区」logo on the left; on the right, the job-taking mode switch (only for helper / owner roles), the bell and your avatar — the avatar is 「我的」(Me). Logged out, the right side is a single 「登录」(Log in) button. Inside a chat, a channel or the matching-post composer the bottom bar folds away and the content takes the whole screen.

The ＋ panel (title 「想做点什么?」) has four entries:

The Discover page, top to bottom

  • Hero: two states. First visit: title 「有经验一起换，有同好一起玩。」(Swap experience, play with people who share your interests.), subtitle 「接单互助、同城生活、兴趣交流。从一句话开始认识彼此。」(Jobs and mutual help, local life, shared interests — it starts with one sentence.), the big button 「第一次来，从这里开始」and two links 社区指南 / 社区规则. After the tour: the title becomes 「你的经验，也是别人的新起点。」(Your experience is someone else's starting point.), the big button goes away, and a third link 新手引导 joins 社区指南 / 社区规则.
  • 「我想要 / 我有闲置」(I want / I have spare): two equal cards, a smaller 「我能提供(开店)」(I can offer — open a store) line under them, then a collapsed line 「有换换码?输入找回」(Have a HuanHuan code? Enter it to find the post) — tap it and the input box appears (placeholder 「ABC 123456」). See Marketplace and matching.
  • 「附近此刻」(Nearby now).
  • Three small cards (right column on a wide screen; under the hero on a phone): 「每日签到」(daily check-in; 「积分可兑换置顶、加急曝光」— points buy pinning and boosting, button 「签到 +5」), 「热心帮手榜 · 近 30 天」(top helpers · last 30 days; hidden when empty) and 「做生意的?来换换开店」(run a business? open a store on HuanHuan; button 「免费开店」goes to the website, with 「先逛逛商家橱窗」— browse the merchant showcase first — underneath).   • Community feed: three sections 「发现」「关注」「圈子」(Discover / Following / Circles) with 「管理关注」(Manage follows) on the right; Discover sorts by 「为你推荐」(For you) or 「最新发布」(Newest). See Discover and posting.

What you can see without logging in

In one line: logged out you can look, not act.

Tap anything that needs login and you get a line 「登录或注册后才能……」(Log in or sign up to …) — the generic one is 「登录或注册后才能发帖、评论、报名和聊天」(… to post, comment, sign up and chat) — plus a 「登录 / 注册」button. Logged out, 「我的」shows only 「未登录」(Not logged in) and 「登录后可发帖、点有用、交回执、申请派活」(Log in to post, mark helpful, leave receipts, apply for jobs); 「消息」keeps only the 「交易」and 「频道」tabs, and 「交易」shows a 🔒 with 「登录或注册后才能查看和发送交易会话」(Log in or sign up to see and send deal conversations). The feed also notes 「登录后可按兴趣推荐，并记录已读偏好。」(Log in for interest-based recommendations and read tracking.)
