Channels, messages and notifications

Three places to "talk" in the community: channels (public chat rooms by topic), messages (one-to-one conversations) and notifications (what others did that concerns you). All three sit under 「消息」(Messages) in the bottom bar; the bell is a shortcut to notifications. The interface is Chinese-only for now.

The four tabs on the Messages page

Logged out you only get the first two. 「交易」 then shows a 🔒 and 「登录或注册后才能查看和发送交易会话」(log in or register to view and send deal chats); 「派活聊天」 and 「通知」 belong to an account and appear after login. On a wide screen it is two columns; the right one says 「选择一个会话」(pick a conversation) until you do. Inside a channel the same four tabs sit at the top.

Two separate badges

  • The red number on 「消息」 in the bottom bar / rail = unread job chats.
  • The red number on the bell = unread notifications.
  • Over 99 shows as 「99+」.

Channels

Channels are listed in groups; read-only ones carry a 「只读」(read-only) tag. One channel broadcasts new public-board jobs, with a banner: 「⚡ 店主推到公域的派活会实时出现在这里。帮手打开「接单模式」后,附近匹配的单还会直接弹派单卡。」(jobs owners push to the public board appear here live; helpers with job-taking mode on also get a dispatch card). The rest is what the ＋ panel's 「去频道聊聊」(go chat in a channel) entry describes: 「按话题实时聊:茶水间、各圈子频道」(live chat by topic: the tea room and one channel per circle) — 「进频道聊天」(enter channel chat) on a circle page takes you straight in; you only appear in a circle channel's 「成员」(members) list after joining the circle.

Inside a channel:

  • The name may end in 「· 只读」(read-only) or 「· 店主可发言」(owners may speak). Circle channels have 「看帖子」(see posts) and a 「成员」(members) button; a member card has 「完整主页」(full profile).
  • A connection status at the top: 「实时」(live) is normal; 「每 15 秒刷新」(refreshing every 15 s) means the live service is down, messages arrive a little later, sending still works; also 「连接中」(connecting) and 「离线,回到前台刷新」(offline, refreshes when you return).
  • The input box (placeholder 「在 #频道名 说点什么…」— say something in #channel); Enter sends, Shift+Enter breaks a line. A quick-replies icon beside it unfolds 👍 🙏 😂 好的 收到 多少钱? 什么时候方便? (OK / got it / how much? / when suits?). Under the box: 「消息先经社区审核再发出;含高风险词的先只有你能看到」(messages pass community review first; high-risk ones stay visible only to you until then), plus 「⚡ WuKongIM 实时投递」 while the live link is up.
  • If you cannot post it says why: 「这个频道只有管理员能发言」(admins only) or 「只有店主能发言(在社区档案里选「我是店主」)」(owners only — pick "I am an owner" in your profile). Logged out, tapping the box gives 「登录或注册后才能发言」.
  • 「频道是公开的,所有人都能看到。」— channels are public.

Channel messages get checked too

  • Looks like a job ad: 「社区不发招工帖。」+「有偿找帮手,请店主在换换工具建分包单并推到公域,单子会出现在「派活」里。」(no job ads; owners create a job assignment in the tool and push it to the public board), buttons 「返回修改」「我就是想聊聊」「去看派活」.
  • Contains a phone number: 「消息里有电话号码。」+「频道是公开的,所有人都能看到。」with 「去掉号码再发」(remove it and send).
  • High-risk words (transfers, paying on behalf, currency exchange, fake orders): the message goes to the review queue, only you see it, marked 「已标记待复核」(flagged for review). Only when an admin taps 「放行」(release) does it go out to the channel under your name; if they tap 「拒绝」(reject) you get a 「复核」(review) notification. The queue's own words: 「放行后按原作者正式发出;拒绝后仍只有作者可见。」(released: sent as the original author; rejected: still author-only).

Job chat

Once you apply for a public-board job, or an owner invites or confirms you, that job has one conversation; the owner has one per applicant. Get there via 「消息」→「派活聊天」, or 「联系店主」(contact owner) on the job detail page (owners tap 「问问」(ask) next to an applicant).

Lines to keep in mind: 「聊天记录在换换工具里也能看到。不是即时聊天,列表每分钟刷新。」— the other side sees the same record under "💬 Messages" in the app and can reply there. Messages pass a content check; rejected ones are not sent. After the job ends, is declined or withdrawn you can only read: 「这单已经结束或申请未被选中,不能再发消息;历史记录保留。」

Notifications

The page is titled 「通知」 with the line 「回复、回执、申请 / 确认、履约进度、复核结果。点一条标为已读并跳到对应的地方。」(replies, receipts, applications / confirmations, job progress, review results; tap one to mark it read and jump there). Empty state: 「暂时没有通知」+「有人回复你的帖子、店主给你交回执、复核有结果时会出现在这里」.

A 「回复」 item is titled 「… 回复了你」(… replied to you) with the post title underneath. Each item carries one of ten kind labels:

Buttons 「全部标为已读」(mark all read) and 「加载更多通知」(load more); each row shows 「已读」(read) or its kind. With the page open, new notifications arrive live: a toast at the bottom (its own title, or 「有新通知」(new notification); dispatch ones skip the toast and pop the card, with a vibration) and the badge updates at once.

Live arrival, no phone push

  • Page open: notifications and channel messages share one live connection and the badge changes at once. If the live service is down nothing is lost — the notification list refreshes every minute, channels every 15 s, job chats every minute.
  • Page closed: the community pushes nothing to your phone or WeChat — not channel messages, not notifications, not job chats; the bell exists only inside the site. The app's 🔔 and push are a separate system, see Messages and reminders.
  • To miss nothing: in 「我的」→「账号设置」(Me → Account settings) bind an email and tick 「站内通知也发到这个邮箱」(also send site notifications to this email). It is the same switch as "also notify me by email" in the app; how and when the emails go out is described in Messages and reminders. Binding an email: Sign-up, sign-in and profile.
  • Job chats are one shared record with the app: the other side sees them under "💬 Messages" in the app too.
