Reputation, receipts and verification

Community reputation has no stars and no essays. It is a three-question receipt — settled on time? as agreed? would you work together again? — three ticks and done. Customers rate stores, helpers rate stores, owners rate helpers, all the same way. A receipt goes public and counts only after a double-blind period, and ratios appear only once there are 10 public receipts in the last 90 days.

The community is Chinese-only for now

Buttons and messages are quoted in Chinese with an English gloss in brackets.

Two reputation systems — keep them apart

The community merchant page says it: 「客户和帮手的三问回执聚合,过双盲期才计入;与店面页的星级评价是两套。」(customer and helper receipts are aggregated after the double-blind period; they are separate from the storefront's star reviews). The app's star reviews — one per deal, shown on the order page and in the store directory — are in Reviews and reputation. Neither affects the other.

Customers: a receipt for a store

When you, as a customer, have a completed HuanHuan order, a gold card appears on Discover: 「你有 N 单待评价」(you have N orders to rate), a line 「order · 30 秒勾三下 →」(30 seconds, three ticks) and the button 「去评」(rate). It opens 「评这一单」(rate this order), at /receipt:

  1. The store and the order at the top; the note 「勾三下就好,不用打字。你的评价是系统凭证,不是公开点名。」(three ticks, no typing; your rating is a system record, not public naming).
  2. Three questions, each a two-way choice:
    • ① 准时结账了吗? (settled on time?) — 准时 (on time) / 拖延 (late)
    • ② 和说好的相符吗? (as agreed?) — 相符 (yes) / 有出入 (not quite)
    • ③ 愿意再合作吗? (work with them again?) — 愿意 (yes) / 不愿 (no)
  3. A collapsible 「14 天双盲 · 你先交不会被针对」(14-day double-blind · submitting first can't be held against you) that expands to: 「对方也在评你,双方都交或 14 天后才同时公开,对方看不到你写了啥再报复。攒够 10 单才对外展示,单条不会指向你个人。」
  4. Tap 「提交回执」(submit receipt). Success shows 「+1 块凭证进了你的凭证墙」(one more block on your receipt wall), 「每块=一单真实成交」 and a button 「看我的凭证墙」(see my wall).

If the order cannot be matched: 「未找到可评价的订单」/「账号或订单信息已变化，请回社区重新选择一笔待评价订单。」 One receipt per person per order.

Jobs: helper and owner rate each other

After a public-board job is done, each side gives one receipt, with different questions:

The done-jobs card says 「三问不打字;店主也在评你,双方都交或 14 天后同时公开」(no typing; the owner is rating you too; public when both submit or after 14 days). The dialog is 「给 … 交回执」:

  • Note: 「勾三下就好,不用打字。单条不公开指向你;攒够 10 条才对外出比率。」
  • Under the questions: 「双盲:双方都交或 14 天后才同时公开」; button 「提交回执」.
  • Afterwards the title becomes 「回执已提交」(receipt submitted). If the other side already submitted: 「对方已经交过了,双方的回执现在同时公开。」(toast 「回执已提交 · 双方已同时公开」). If not yet: 「对方也评你之后、或 14 天后,双方评价同时公开。对方看不到你写了什么再报复。」(toast 「回执已提交 · 双方都交或 14 天后公开」).
  • Network trouble: 「提交失败，请检查网络后重试。你的选择仍保留。」

Once you have submitted, the applicant row in 「我的分包单」 shows 「已交回执」(receipt given) and the button disappears.

How double-blind and “10 receipts” work

  • Double-blind: if the other side also submits on the same job, both go public at once; if they never do, yours goes public after 14 days. Nobody sees the other's receipt before then.
  • Ratios: only public receipts from the last 90 days count, and three percentages appear only at 10 or more. Below that you see 「样本不足(N/10) · 近 90 天公开回执满 10 条后才显示比率」(sample too small (N/10) · ratios need 10 public receipts in 90 days). Once unlocked, under the percentages: 「近 90 天 N 条已公开回执 · 双盲:双方都交或满 14 天后才公开」. It is not a permanent unlock — as old receipts fall out of the 90 days, the ratios can lock again.
  • Single receipts: listed one by one once public; all three ticked shows 「✓ 三项全勾」(all three), otherwise e.g. 「2/3」. An entry not yet public carries 「双盲锁定中」(double-blind pending).

Helper reputation and the public profile

  • 「我的帮手口碑」(my helper reputation): a block on the Me page — owners' receipts about you, labelled 准时到场 / 与描述相符 / 愿意再派 (on time / as described / would assign again), same 10-in-90-days rule. Hidden if you have none and are not a helper.
  • Public profile (/u/id): owners reach it by tapping an applicant's name in 「我的分包单」 — role, home suburb, jobs you take, helper reputation; no phone number and no alias. The 「关于回执」(about receipts) box reads: 「店主给帮手的三问回执聚合成上面的口碑;单条回执不显示是谁交的,双方都交或 14 天后才公开。想找 TA 干活,在派活大厅推公域单,TA 申请后在申请人列表里「问问」。」
  • Your own: Me page menu 「👤 我的公开主页」(my public profile, subtitle 「别人看到的样子」— what others see). On your own profile there is an extra 「这是你 · 去「我的」编辑档案」(this is you · edit on Me).

The store reputation page

Entry: 「我的」→ 「我的身份」(my roles) → 「店铺口碑 ›」(store reputation) on the right; the browser title is 「口碑」. Owners and managers see their own store; everyone else sees the platform's default store, and there is no store search yet. On it:

  • Store name, 「type · YYYY 年入驻」(joined in), tags 「我的店」(my store, owners only) and 「完单 N」(N jobs done), and the line 「数据来自真实成交与回执 · 买不到 · 删不掉」(from real deals and receipts · can't be bought · can't be deleted).
  • 「成交回执聚合」(deal receipts aggregated, 「近 90 天 · N 单」): the ratios 准时结账 / 与描述相符 / 愿意再合作 (settled on time / as described / would work again), rules as above.
  • 「◆ 最近凭证」(recent receipts): receipts past the double-blind window, each as 「M/DD · 成交回执」(plus 「· 已关联单据」 when linked to a deal) with 「✓ 三项全勾」 or 「2/3」. Empty: 「暂无公开凭证 · 回执过 14 天双盲期后逐条公开」.

A merchant page in the marketplace (/merchants/slug) shows the same data in its 「帮手回执」(helper receipts) column, followed by 「最近公开的回执」(recently published receipts). A store not yet in the system reads 「这家店还没有进社区的口碑系统;下单、排期、发票都在换换店面里。」

Track-record cards: share and verify

On the reputation page tap 「分享我的战绩卡」(share my card, owners) / 「分享这家店的战绩卡」(share this store's card); 「全澳动态」 on Discover has 「分享榜首的战绩卡」(share the leader's card). The dialog 「分享店铺战绩卡」 is headed 「换换 · 公开战绩」/「把真实记录分享出去」(share the real record) and explains 「分享链接可打开实时验真页。微信是否显示原生预览卡片，取决于分享入口与微信版本。」 Two buttons:

「分享链接」(share link) Opens the system share sheet; if unavailable, copies the link in the 「公开验真链接」(public verification link) box. Messages: 「已交给系统分享，请在所选应用中确认。」 or 「链接已复制，可以粘贴到微信。」
「生成图片」(generate image) Renders a PNG card (then reads 「重新生成图片」); 「图片已生成，可长按保存或下载。」

The card shows total jobs, year joined and the on-time settlement rate; under 10 public receipts, 「公开回执不足 10 单，暂以本周完单代替准时结账率；本周完单按订单创建时间（UTC 周）统计。」(this week's completed jobs stand in). Its footer says 「打开验真链接，核对最新公开记录」(open the link to check the latest record) and 「生成于 … UTC」— the image is a snapshot: 「图片为生成时的记录。以验真页的最新查询结果为准。」

Check the name and numbers before sharing

The dialog says so itself: 「分享公开验真链接，或生成战绩图片。分享前请核对店名与数据。」

Someone sent you a card — how to check it. Open its link (social.huanhuan.com.au/verify), headed 「口碑验真 · 实时查询」(reputation check · live query), no login needed:

「已查到换换店铺记录」 Found: store name, total jobs, year joined, on-time rate (or this week's jobs under 10 receipts), 「卡号 #HH-…」(card number) and 「查询于 …」(queried at); 「◆ 最近公开凭证」 lists public receipts. Compare with the image you received
