Taking jobs

「接单」(take jobs) is the second slot in the bottom bar. Its subtitle reads 「店主派的活、居民的需求、学生的求购 · 想接零活的人在这里逛」(jobs owners dispatch, residents' requests, students' wanted ads · browse here if you want odd jobs). Subcontract jobs owners push to the public board from the app, residents' service requests and students' wanted posts share one list. This page covers how a helper applies and how an owner reviews applicants on the community side.

The community is Chinese-only for now

Buttons and messages are quoted in Chinese with an English gloss in brackets.

Where jobs come from

An owner creates a job assignment in app.huanhuan.com.au, saves a public price in the "🌏 Publish to the public board" card and switches on "🌏 Visible to applicants" — only then does it show here (see The public board). The community has no job ads: the ＋ panel says 「社区不发招工帖。有偿找帮手,需要店主在换换工具建分包单并推到公域。」(no job ads here; to hire a helper, the owner creates a subcontract in the tool and pushes it to the public board).

What the list looks like

  • Type chips at the top: 「全部」(all), 「店主派活」(owner jobs), 「服务需求」(service requests), 「求购二手」(wanted second-hand). Pick 「店主派活」 for owner jobs only; the other two are residents' and students' posts and open as 「和 TA 聊」(chat with them) — see Marketplace and matching. Area and sub-type chips appear once a type is chosen.
  • A map, 「派活地图」, suburb-level only: 「📍 区级模糊定位 · 点气泡查看」(suburb-level fuzzy location · tap a bubble to view).
  • Each owner-job card: store name, suburb, time slot, 「一口价 A$X」(flat price), spots left, and 「折算时薪 ≈A$x/时」(works out to about A$x/h). If your community profile has a home suburb you also see 「距你 <1km」/「距你 N km」(N km from you — centre to centre, not an address).
  • The button at the bottom right of a card is 「我来接」(I'll take it). Logged out, it prompts 「登录或注册后才能申请接单」(log in or register to apply).
  • An empty filter shows 「这里还没有」(nothing here yet) + 「换个区或子类看看,或者发一条让别人来找你」(try another suburb or sub-type, or post so people find you), with a 「发一条」(post one) button for a matching post.

You can browse without logging in (the masked list); opening details, applying, withdrawing and contacting the owner need an account.

The community shows one total only

A job the owner priced hourly in the app (base + rate × estimated hours) shows in the community as one estimated total 「一口价 A$X」 plus the per-hour conversion — no breakdown. Settlement still follows the actual hours you enter when you mark it done, see Taking jobs & planning your own time.

Applying for a job

At the bottom of the detail page: 「申请 · 一口价 A$X」(apply · flat price A$X). It opens the sheet 「申请这单」(apply for this job), whose first line reads 「一口价 A$X,价格由店主定,不用报价。店主确认后这单才算你的,确认前看不到地址和客户。」(flat price set by the owner, no quoting; the job is yours only after the owner confirms; no address or customer before that). Changed your mind: 「再想想」(let me think).

The first time you apply to a store, the sheet shows 「「store」的帮手条款」(the store's helper terms); tick 「我已阅读并同意,确认后成为这家店的帮手」(I have read and agree; on confirmation I become this store's helper) and the button becomes 「同意条款并申请」(agree and apply). Unticked: 「请先勾选同意帮手条款」. The merchant page notes 「首次申请需同意这家店的帮手条款(申请时显示)。」

The sheet also shows 「折算时薪」(converted hourly rate); when low: 「折算时薪接近法定下限。这只是提示,平台没有核验用工合规,申请前请和店主确认实际工时和费用。」(close to the legal minimum — a hint only; the platform does not verify compliance; confirm hours and pay with the owner).

Success: 「已申请 · 等店主确认」(applied · waiting for the owner).

The detail page says 「申请-确认制 · 确认前不露地址和客户」(apply-then-confirm; no address or customer before confirmation) and 「详细地址和客户信息在店主确认后可见」. You can 「撤回申请」(withdraw) any time (「已撤回申请」).

Three outcomes: 「店主已确认 · 这单是你的了」(confirmed, it's yours — 「店主已确认你,详细地址和客户信息在「我的 → 进行中的活」里」), 「店主婉拒了这次申请」(declined), 「这单店主选了别人或已满员」(someone else was picked or it filled up). Once confirmed you automatically become that store's helper.

After confirmation, under 「我的」→「进行中的活 · 履约进度」(Me → jobs in progress · fulfilment) tap 「进度」(progress): a four-step bar 「已确认 → 出发 → 到达 → 完成」 with buttons 「我已出发」(on my way), 「已到达,开始干活」(arrived, starting), 「已完成」(done). The page says 「出发、到达时点一下,店主会收到通知;完成后记得交回执」(tap when you leave and arrive, the owner is notified; give a receipt when done) and 「进度存在社区,换换工具里的单据状态以工具为准。」(progress lives in the community; the tool's job status is authoritative).

When done, 「我的」→「完成的活 · 给店铺交回执」→「交回执」, tick three questions. See Reputation, receipts and verification.

Money follows the app

Community progress is just progress. Pay is settled by "✓ Mark done" in the app (enter actual hours on an hourly job) and the owner's "Mark paid"; the job also shows under "🌏 My public-board applications" on the app's 🤝 Collab page, where you can view or withdraw it — one record on both sides. Job-taking mode and dispatch cards

Helpers and owners have the 「开始接单」(start taking jobs) switch (top bar, rail, Me page); 「接单中」(taking jobs) when on. While on, a new public-board job that matches your 「能接的活」(jobs I can do) and is close enough to your home suburb pops a dark dispatch card at the bottom right: title 「附近公域派活 · Ns」(public job nearby · N seconds, counting down), the store, job type, suburb, 「距你 Nkm」(N km from you), time slot, 「招 N 人」(N people wanted) and the 「一口价」 in large type, and buttons 「忽略」(ignore) / 「查看并申请」(view and apply); the phone vibrates and a 「派单」(dispatch) notification lands under Messages. Without a home suburb there is no distance: 「接单模式开着,但没填常住区,收不到派单卡。」(job mode is on but no home suburb, so no dispatch cards).

New jobs are also broadcast in the jobs channel (see Channels, messages and notifications). 「热心帮手榜 · 近 30 天」(top helpers, last 30 days) lives in the right column of the Discover page (tiled under the hero on narrow screens), not on the jobs page.

Owners: reviewing applicants in the community

Logged in with a store, you get 「我的分包单」(my job assignments) at the top right of the jobs page. Its line: 「建单、推公域、改价在换换工具里做;这里只处理申请人。确认即建立帮手关系。」(create, publish and reprice in the tool; here you only handle applicants; confirming creates the helper relationship).

Any time 「问问」(ask) opens the one-to-one chat; 「置顶」(pin) and 「加急」(boost) cost points (see Points and your page)

「确认 TA」 here and "✓ Confirm" on the job assignment in the app are the same job and the same action; the helper's 「我已出发 / 已到达 / 已完成」 shows on the same timeline. Reviewing and paying in the app: The public board.
