Marketplace and matching

「集市」(Marketplace), the third slot in the bottom bar, is the "supply" half: a grid of second-hand items anyone can list, and the store directory of HuanHuan storefronts. 「我想要 / 我有闲置」(I want / I have spare) at the top of Discover is one-line matching — say what you want or what you have, and nearby posts going the other way line up under yours. Posting and 「和 TA 聊」(chat with them) need an account.

The community is Chinese-only for now

Buttons and messages are quoted in Chinese with an English gloss in brackets.

The Marketplace page: 二手 / 店铺

Two tabs at the top: 「二手」(second-hand, default) and 「店铺」(stores).

Second-hand items listed through 「我有闲置」 (direction mark 「出」, offering) in a grid: photo, title, price, condition tag, then suburb, sub-type and time. Above the grid: 「N 件 · 最新在前」(N items · newest first) and the safety line 「当面交易、验货再付,别付定金」(meet in person, check before paying, no deposits). City / suburb chips and sub-type chips filter.

「挂一件」(list one) at the top right = a new 「我有闲置」 post; with nothing listed you see 「还没有闲置」(no items yet) + 「用不着的东西挂一件,附近想要的人会来找你」(list something you don't need and nearby people will find you).

This is the 「商家橱窗」(merchant showcase): subtitle 「换换店面目录 · 进店看口碑、帮手和公域派活」(HuanHuan storefront directory · reputation, helpers and public jobs), search 「搜店名或服务区:搬家、Box Hill…」(search store name or area), category paging, 「我也要开店」(I want a store too) to the website. Each card: colour band, name, tagline, rating, service areas and the first two listed services.

A store's detail (/merchants/short-link) shows badges like 「N 单完单」(N jobs done), 「帮手 N 位」(N helpers), 「★ 4.3 (3)」, 「ABN 已认证」(ABN verified), then 「服务与价格」(services and prices — prices as on the storefront), 「帮手回执」(helper receipts: the three ratios and 「最近公开的回执」, latest public receipts) and 「在公域招帮手」(hiring on the public board). That last block needs an account — logged out it says 「登录或注册后才能看到这家店推到公域的活」; with nothing published, 「这家店暂时没有推到公域的派活。」. The main button 「去店面下单」(order on the storefront) opens the store's page on stores.huanhuan.com.au, and from there the order page — ordering, scheduling and invoices all happen on the storefront. Missing store: 「找不到这家店」「链接可能不对,或者店铺已下架」→「回商家橱窗」(back to the showcase); directory down: 「店铺目录服务暂未连接」.

我想要 / 我有闲置 (I want / I have spare)

Two equal cards at the top of Discover: 「我想要」(small print 「二手、接机、跑腿、搬东西」— second-hand, airport pickup, errands, moving stuff) and 「我有闲置」(「用不着的东西挂到集市、空出的时间」— unused things, spare time), a smaller 「我能提供(开店)」(I can provide · open a store) below, then the HuanHuan-code box (placeholder 「ABC 123456」).

Posting one

  1. Tap 「我想要」 or 「我有闲置」 (logged out: 「登录或注册后才能发帖」).
  2. 「品类」(category): second-hand / service; then 「选一个子类」(pick a sub-type). Second-hand: 家电 (appliances) / 家具 (furniture) / 教材 (textbooks) / 数码 (electronics) / 母婴 (baby) / 其他 (other). Service: 接送机 (airport runs) / 小件搬运 (small moves) / 跑腿 (errands) / 维修 (repairs) / 清洁 (cleaning) / 其他 (other).
  3. A one-line title; the box shows examples such as 「例:带抽屉的书桌」(e.g. a desk with drawers) or 「例:周六接机到 Clayton」(e.g. airport pickup to Clayton on Saturday). 「说明」(details) is optional — no contact details needed, 「谈好了再约时间地点,号码不用留」(agree first, then set time and place; no phone number).
  4. 「在哪个区」(which suburb) — city first, then suburb.
  5. Price is required, per 件 (item) / 次 (job) / 时 (hour). On 「我想要」 it is a 「预算」(budget), shown as 「A$100 以内」(up to A$100) and matched 「按「这个预算以内」配对」(within this budget); 「+ 填下限」 adds a lower bound. On 「我有闲置」 it is a 「一口价」(flat price), matched 「按一口价配对」; 「+ 可谈,填上限」 adds a negotiable ceiling. With a range it becomes 「按区间配对」.
  6. 「截止日期、参考照片」(deadline, photos) optional, 「最多 3 张照片」(up to 3 photos). Second-hand items are the exception: a photo is required (「挂到集市要至少一张照片」) and 「成色」(condition) must be chosen (「选一个成色」: 「全新」new / 「九成新」like new / 「八成新」good / 「能用」usable).

Tap 「发出去」(post it) and you land on the post page — note the code; the line under the button says 「发完会给你一个换换码,贴到小红书、群里就能被找到」(you get a HuanHuan code; paste it in Xiaohongshu or a group and people can find it).

The HuanHuan code

Every post has one, 「码是 3 个字母 + 6 个数字」(3 letters + 6 digits); the link social.huanhuan.com.au/i/code opens without logging in. The Discover and list pages have a 「按换换码找交易」(find a deal by code) box.

The post page

  • Full text, the code in large type, two buttons: 「和 TA 聊」(chat, login needed; your own post says 「这是你自己的帖」, a closed one 「这条已经关了」) and 「复制转发文案」(copy forwarding text — one line with the code, 「已复制,贴到群里就行」). Second-hand posts add 「二手请当面交易、验货再付,别付定金;要你先转账的直接走开」(meet in person, check before paying, no deposits; walk away from anyone asking for a transfer first).
  • 「附近配得上的 · N」(nearby matches): same city, opposite direction, sorted by same suburb > same city, price overlap, recency; up to 10, sorted not filtered. Each shows why it matches (「同在 Box Hill」same suburb, 「在你预算内」within your budget / 「出得起」can afford it, 「同类」same type), with 「全部」(all) to the list. Empty: 「附近还没有配得上的。别人发了相反方向的会出现在这里。」
  • The poster sees 「来聊的人 · N」(people who chatted) and 「不要了,关帖」(close post). It asks 「这条怎么了?」(what happened?) with 「关了之后不再出现在列表里,凭换换码还能看到。」(closed posts leave the list but stay reachable by code); the buttons are 「已出手」(sold, on 我有闲置) or 「已解决」(solved, on 我想要), plus 「不要了,撤回」(withdraw) and 「先不关」(keep open). Closing a second-hand post as sold then asks 「出手了,要不要找人搬?」— 「帮你发一条「求 · 小件搬运」,区和原帖一样,附近能搬的人会来找你。」; 「要,帮我发」(yes, post it) starts a wanted-move post linked to the original, otherwise 「已关帖 · 已出手」.

Conversations

「和 TA 聊」 opens an in-post conversation, listed under 「交易」(deals) on the Messages page (「买卖、服务的会话都在这里;列表每 30 秒刷新。」— buying, selling and service chats live here; refreshes every 30 s; empty: 「还没有交易会话」+「在「我想要 / 我有闲置」的帖里点「和 TA 聊」,或等人来找你」). A fresh chat says 「打个招呼吧」(say hi): service posts add 「谈好了再约时间地点,号码不用留」, second-hand posts 「谈好了当面交易、验货再付,别付定金」.

  • A phone number in a message prompts 「换换不留联系方式,谈事就在这里聊,成交记录也在这里。去掉号码再发?」(HuanHuan keeps no contact details; talk here, the deal record stays here; remove the number?).
  • High-risk words such as 转账 (transfer) or 代付 (pay on behalf) block the message: 「这句含「…」,换个说法再发」(contains a flagged word, rephrase).

Store owner? Two extra buttons in the chat

If you own a store and are the giving side of the deal (you offer the item, or you take on someone's service request), the chat shows a 「店主工具」(owner tools) row: 「排进日历」(put in the calendar — 「在换换工具里建一条排活,用帖子的区、截止、价格预填,进日历后可改。」) and 「派给帮手」(assign to a helper — 「建分包单推到公域,社区帮手申请、你确认。」). The sheet lists store / date / place (suburb only; address is agreed in the chat) / price; on confirm a record is left in the chat that both sides see, and date and price can still be changed in the tool.

Old guest posts

Posting and chatting now need an account. Posts made earlier as a guest attach to your account when you log in; on a different browser use /i/recover, see Sign-up, sign-in and profile.
