Shop and account

Does opening a shop cost anything? No. You only talk subscription once things hum: tiers by how many businesses you run, no commission.

How does the subscription work? Priced by the number of businesses you can open (beta example: Basic $50/3, Standard $80/6, Premium $120/20; final pricing at launch). Every tier includes every feature.

Is there a password? Right now phone + name gets you in. Phone + password with SMS codes is in development; existing accounts will upgrade smoothly.

Using it

Is AI setup accurate? Trade and price recognition is very accurate and item coverage is good. Occasionally an item name has a stray character or an option needs a tweak; edit and go. Recognition takes 10-20 seconds.

I confirmed an order but the calendar is empty? If the shop has no schedulable resource (vehicle/technician), a timed confirmation cannot enter the calendar. Add a resource in settings first.

Which day does money count towards? The service day, not the entry day. Schedule a job on a day and the money lands on that day.

Partnering

Can we work together with separate books? Yes, that is the partner mode: join by invitation code, assign jobs with split terms, and every ledger stays independent and private. (Full version in development.)

Other

Which trades fit? Moving, cleaning, PC repair, custom builds, second-hand, rentals, plus nails, photography, pet boarding, airport rides, plumbing, tutoring: almost any on-site or service business.

Is there an app? It is a web app; use it in the phone browser. An offline app is under consideration (mainly so no data is lost without signal).
