Community FAQ

The community interface is Chinese-only for now; buttons are quoted in Chinese with an English gloss.

What can I do without logging in? Look, not do: posts, the jobs list, the marketplace and channel history are readable; posting, commenting, applying and chatting need an account — you get 「登录或注册后才能……」(log in or register to …) and a 「登录 / 注册」 button. Is it the same account as app.huanhuan.com.au? Yes. The login panel says 「与换换工具同一个账号——这里注册了,工具 app 直接登录,反过来也一样。」(same account as the HuanHuan tool — register here, log in there, and the other way round). The community calls the app 「换换工具」. Account settings repeat it: 「与换换工具同一账号,这里改了工具里也会变」. See Sign-up, sign-in and profile.

Is there an English or Spanish interface? Not yet — Chinese only. The app is trilingual (中 / EN / ES); the community is not for now.

My old account has no password and cannot log in. Under the password box: 「还没设过密码的老账号,点下面「忘记密码」设一个」. Tap 「忘记密码?发链接重置」(forgot password? send a reset link); the link goes by SMS or email (valid 1 hour); set the new password in the tool, then come back.

How do I log out? The last, red row of the Me page menu: 「退出登录」(log out), confirmed with 「已退出登录」. It only logs this browser out — posts, receipts and points stay on the account and are back when you log in again.

Why can't others see my post? It is under review. The post shows 「审核中 · 仅自己可见」(under review · only you) or 「待复核 · 仅自己可见」(awaiting re-check · only you) — scam alerts are reviewed before release, and text with high-risk words (transfers, paying on behalf, currency exchange, fake orders) waits for an admin. Rejected shows 「未通过审核 · 尚未公开」. See Discover and post.

My post is under review — what now? Wait. Approval or rejection arrives as a 「复核」(re-check) notification (the bell, and the 「通知」 tab on Messages). Approved posts simply go public; a post marked 「未通过审核 · 尚未公开」 stays visible to you only and is not deleted — reword it, drop phone numbers and transfer talk, and post again. If you would rather not wait, choosing 「改成求助互答」(change to question) before posting skips the pre-release review that only scam alerts get.

How do I report a post or a person? There is no report button yet. What you can do: every post in the recommended stream has 「不再显示此帖」(don't show this post) — 「已从推荐中隐藏此帖。」 with 「撤销隐藏」(undo), affecting only your own stream; warn others by posting a 「骗局预警」(scam alert, reviewed before release); posts, comments and channel messages containing transfer / pay-on-behalf / currency-exchange / fake-order words are sent to admin review automatically. Why can't I find a post? Check whether a topic / circle is selected or 「只看」(only) an area is ticked; on 「为你推荐」, whether you tapped 「不再显示此帖」 (affects the recommended stream only; the post is still under latest / followed / circles).

My half-written draft is gone. The editor says 「草稿保存在当前标签页」(draft kept in this tab) — it survives switching pages, not closing the tab. If the session expires: 「登录已过期，草稿已保留。先按本地建议继续编辑，重新登录后再发布。」 Post long pieces as soon as they are written.

Can I post a job ad in the community? No. The ＋ panel: 「社区不发招工帖。有偿找帮手,需要店主在换换工具建分包单并推到公域。」(no job ads; to hire, owners create a job assignment in the tool and publish it to the public board). Posts and channel messages that look like ads are stopped with 「去看派活」 or 「我就是想聊聊」. Jobs pushed to the public board appear on 「接单」 automatically. See Taking jobs.

I applied in the community — is that the same as in the app? Same job. You tap 「申请 · 一口价 A$X」 in the community; the owner confirms under "🌏 Public applicants" in the app or 「我的分包单」 in the community; it also shows under "🌏 My public-board applications" on the app's "🤝 Collab" tab, where you can withdraw. Progress (departed / arrived / done) is recorded in the community; money follows the app's "✓ Mark done" and "Mark paid" — 「进度存在社区,换换工具里的单据状态以工具为准。」

Do notifications reach my phone or WeChat? No. Community notifications stay on the site: the bell and the 「通知」 tab on Messages. New ones pop live while the page is open. The app's push and email notifications are separate, see Messages and reminders.

The number on 「消息」 differs from the one on the bell. Two counters: 「消息」 counts unread job chats, the bell counts unread notifications. See Channels, messages and notifications.

Are community reputation and storefront star reviews the same? No. 「客户和帮手的三问回执聚合,过双盲期才计入;与店面页的星级评价是两套。」 The community uses three-question receipts (on time / as agreed / again), public when both sides submit or after 14 days, ratios only with 10 in the last 90 days; the app's star reviews are one per deal, on the order page and in the store directory. How do I get points and what are they for? 「每天签到 +5,连签每天多 1,最多 +10」; a post marked 「有用」 or an owner's all-three-ticks receipt (+10) also count. Owners spend them to 「📌 置顶 24h」(pin, 50 points) or 「⚡ 加急」(boost, 30 points) their own public-board job. See Points and your page.

What is the +1 in 「答一句 +1」? The question-of-the-day card's 「答一句 +1 · 连续 N 天」 is a contribution record; it is not shown separately on the page yet.

Can others see my phone number? It is never a public byline, it is masked on Me, and the public profile has no phone number. But if you type it into a post and choose 「就这样发」(post anyway), it is public — the editor offers 「去掉号码再发」(remove the number first). Home suburb is suburb-level only: 「只到区一级,不会展示门牌」.

How do I use it inside WeChat? Open the link in WeChat and use it there, nothing to install. The community has no WeChat mini program of its own; the app's 「换换排活」 mini program is the app's, see WeChat mini program. Share links for posts, circles and cards can be pasted into WeChat; 「是否显示预览卡片由微信决定」(whether a preview card shows is up to WeChat).

I posted as a guest before — what now? Log in on the same browser and they attach to your account; on another browser you need the recovery code you saved — see Sign-up, sign-in and profile.

The page says 「演示模式」(demo mode). You opened a local demo build (「演示模式 · 数据与操作仅保存在本机,不代表真实接单或报名」); use social.huanhuan.com.au instead.
