Orders and reviewing¶
When a customer books through your link, the order lands in your inbox (today / to-confirm list). This page covers what you do with it.
Seeing a new order¶
Log in and open the Orders page. New orders show what the customer filled in: WeChat ID, phone, the service, and the template questions (pickup/drop-off address, fault description, and so on).
WeChat ID is the reconciliation key
The booking page makes WeChat ID required because in this community it is how you recognise who is who. Phone is required too, for follow-ups and transfers.
Four ways to handle an order¶
| Action | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Confirm & schedule | Set date and time; the job goes on the calendar |
| Change time | Agree a new time with the customer first |
| Hold | Not sure yet; park it |
| Reject | Not taking it; the order does not proceed |
After confirming¶
Confirming a timed order will: 1) create the job on the calendar; 2) record the deposit if you entered one; 3) leave the service fee for when you record the money later.
If your shop has no resources
Without any schedulable resource (vehicle / technician), a timed confirmation cannot enter the calendar. Moving/repair templates pre-create resources; other templates should add one in settings first. We are improving this.
