Open a shop in three minutes¶
Opening a shop is free. Talk subscription once it hums.
There is one address: app.huanhuan.com.au. Open it in your phone browser — nothing to download from an app store.
Step 1: sign up / log in¶
Open app.huanhuan.com.au.
Already have an account — mobile number + password, then Log in. Get it wrong and it says "Mobile number or password is incorrect".
First time — tap "Don't have an account?" → Sign up, three short steps:
- Enter an Australian mobile (10 digits starting with 04; the page's example is 0433999888) and tap Send code.
- Type the 6-digit SMS code — it is valid for 10 minutes — and tap Verify & continue.
- Fill in "What should we call you" plus a password (twice), then tap Sign up.
Got a referral code? Expand "Have a referral code?" and enter it. You can sign up without one.
Forgot your password
On the login page tap Forgot your password?, enter the number you signed up with, and tap Send reset SMS. The link is valid for 1 hour, and the new password needs at least 6 characters. Already logged in and just want to change it? Go to Me → Settings → 🔑 Reset password (it asks for your current password first).
Put it on your home screen
Once you are logged in, Me → Settings has a 📱 Add to Home Screen button, with the line "Install 换换 on your phone and open it like a native app" underneath. On iPhone, open the page in Safari first, then use Share → "Add to Home Screen" → "Add". On Android and desktop, use your browser menu's "Install app". After that the same spot reads "Installed as an app ✓".
Step 2: create your first shop¶
An account with no shop of its own — and not yet a helper anywhere — lands straight on the Start a store page, subtitled "Pick the type closest to your business and get going".
That page holds exactly three things:
- The trade grid — pick one: Rental 💻 / Moving 🚚 / Service 🛎️ / Second-hand 🛍️ / Cleaning 🧹 / Repair 🔧 / Other ✨.
- Store name (required; the hint reads "e.g. Ah Qiang Moving / Geek Repairs").
- Contact (optional) — mobile or WeChat, can be added later.
Tap Done, go to dashboard and the shop is open.
The trade you pick does matter a little: a Repair shop gets "🔧 Repair tickets" and "🧩 PC builds (PCPartPicker)" in the Me page; a Cleaning shop gets "🧹 Cleaning jobs". Everything else — scheduling, the ledger, the storefront, subcontracting to helpers — is the same on every template.
Nails, photography, airport runs, pet boarding, trades, tutoring: pick Service or Other and get moving.
How many shops can one account run?
More than one. Below the shop list on the Me page there is + Start another business, which takes you back to the same Start a store page. Switch shops from the header any time; each one keeps its own books.
Step 3: get your booking link¶
Once the shop is open you have your own storefront at:
Where to find it: Me → Settings → 🖼 Edit store / storefront / invite helpers, then View storefront ↗. That same page is where you swap the banner and logo and choose the storefront mode — see Storefront.
Drop that link into WeChat groups, Moments or RED and regulars order themselves, instead of asking you question by question. For the customer's side of it, see How customers book.
A customer order does not book itself
What they submit lands in your 🆕 Self-order inbox and waits for you: check the amount, set the visit time and who takes it, then tap ✓ Pass · record + schedule. See Orders and reviewing.
