HuanHuan Docs¶
HuanHuan is the tool small-business owners use to work together: jobs, time and money. Your own store's jobs, the jobs you take for other stores, and every dollar owed either way — one view, separate books.
It comes in two halves: the app (app.huanhuan.com.au) handles scheduling, books, job assignment and your storefront; the HuanHuan Community (social.huanhuan.com.au) handles finding people, picking up odd jobs and reputation. One account works on both sides; the community is Chinese-only for now.
Removals · deliveries · airport runs · cleaning · repairs · gardening · renovation · nails and hair · massage… if the work involves a place and a time, it fits on the schedule. When you open a shop you pick the template closest to your trade (Rental / Moving / Service / Second-hand / Cleaning / Repair / Other) and start from there.
This is the user manual. To use the app, open app.huanhuan.com.au, or search WeChat for the 换换排活 mini program (how it works); to see it moving first, watch the 15-episode short-video tutorial (20–40 seconds each, in 中文 / English / Español); for the business model, see the website.
One account, three roles¶
The roles are not exclusive. Plenty of owners run their own store by day and pick up a job for someone else on the side; people without a store of their own still get a full workspace. Same account, same calendar.
- Your items and services become a storefront (
app.huanhuan.com.au/s/your-store-link, and you can make the link memorable) — send it straight into WeChat or RED; every item also gets its own item page you can share on its own; you can also generate a mini program code to print, and customers scan it with WeChat to land on your storefront. Your tagline, service areas and opening hours are packaged in a format search engines understand and listed on the store directory (in 中文 / English / Español, filterable by business type and service area), so opening a shop already brings people in. - Selling second-hand or clearing stock: "List from a photo (AI fills it in)" — take one photo, AI reads the name, brand, model and condition, you check it, set a price and it's listed.
- "📈 Storefront analytics" shows how many people visited in the last 30 days, how many tapped to order and how many actually booked, plus the conversion rate and funnel.
- Customer requests land in the Self-order inbox ("🆕 Self-orders"). One tap on "✓ Pass · record + schedule" books the money and the calendar slot together.
- The schedule page draws all your own stores' jobs plus the jobs you took for other stores on one calendar; two jobs on the same vehicle or person at the same time get stopped and queried.
- Work you can't cover goes to your own helpers as a subcontract, or you set a price and "Publish to the public board" — the job then shows up on the community's 「接单」(take jobs) page, and anyone who applies lands back in "🌏 Public applicants" in the app. Reviewing and haggling still happen in the app.
- When the work is done, tap "💰 Bill": the job is marked done and it creates a sale in the ledger plus a review link. Invoices are a separate module ("🧾 Invoices", AU Tax Invoice, GST 10%).
- Applications, accepted offers and new customer orders reach you through the 🔔 bell and push notifications; every conversation with your helpers sits under "💬 Messages" in the bottom bar.
- You don't need a store of your own. All six tabs — Today / Schedule / Messages / Collab / Ledger / Me — work as normal, with "Helper · no store yet" at the top.
- Two ways in: join with an owner's invite code or invite link, or apply for a public-board job on the community's 「接单」(take jobs) page and become a helper of that store the moment the owner taps "✓ Confirm". Either way you first read that store's helper terms and tick to agree.
- Jobs you accept show up as purple blocks on your own calendar. If a job has no agreed time, plan your own slot from "📌 Jobs to schedule" — it never changes the other store's job.
- Four numbers track your money: Potential / Committed / Earned / Paid (labels vary a little by screen — Collab shows "Received" for Paid, Today shows "Accepted" for Committed). A job tomorrow, or pay still missing after 7 days, gets you an evening reminder.
- Public-board jobs live on the HuanHuan Community: the 「接单」(take jobs) tab at social.huanhuan.com.au. You can browse store · suburb · time · price without signing in; once signed in, tap 「我来接」(I'll take it). The first time you apply to a store you tick 「我已阅读并同意,确认后成为这家店的帮手」(I have read and agree; once confirmed I become this store's helper). Your application status also shows under "🌏 My public-board applications" on the "🤝 Collab" tab in the app.
- Out and about, use the 换换排活 WeChat mini program: Today / Schedule / Messages / Collab work the same, tap "Accept" or "Decline" on an offer, "Mark done" when it's finished, and reminders arrive as WeChat service notifications.
- Open the link the business sent you. No signup — a WeChat name and a phone number is enough.
- "After you submit, the owner contacts you to confirm — no auto-charge." That's the line printed on the order page.
- Some stores share a schedule timeline link: you see which slots are busy and which are free, never anyone else's customer details. Pick an open slot, then book.
- Haven't picked a business yet? Browse the store directory by business type and service area; every store lists prices, opening hours and verified deal reviews, and "Order / Book" takes you to that store's order page (中文 / English / Español). If a store has printed its mini program code, scanning it with WeChat opens the storefront too — still no sign-in.

Search WeChat for 换换排活 — same account, same data: check Today / Schedule / Messages / Collab while you're out, get reminders as WeChat service notifications, and print a mini program code for your storefront.

Find people, pick up odd jobs, check a store's reputation, chat about local life — social.huanhuan.com.au, same account as the app, Chinese-only for now.
Install it like an app
There's no app store download, and you don't need one. Open app.huanhuan.com.au in your phone browser and tap "Add to Home Screen" (on iPhone, use Safari: Share → Add to Home Screen → Add). Once installed the page shows "Installed as an app ✓", and you can turn on push notifications.

It works on a computer too — on a wide enough screen the six bottom tabs become a side nav, with a "＋ New deal" button and a "Store data" shortcut block underneath, and the content spreads into two columns.
中文 / English / Español
The interface comes in three languages and follows your phone's language. To switch by hand, use "Language / 语言" in the Settings card on the Me page — 中文, English or Español; on a computer there is also a "中 / EN / ES" switch at the top right. Your choice is remembered.
In the app, the little icons in front of buttons and labels are line icons, not emoji. This guide still marks them with emoji (e.g. "💰 Bill") — the words after the icon match the app exactly.
