Scheduling and calendar¶
Scheduling and order views share one screen with day / week / month modes.
Three views¶
- Day: what is on today (or any day), whose job, what hours.
- Week: the week at a glance; good for planning.
- Month: rentals and long-running work.
Clicking a date switches to its day view.
Clash protection¶
If two jobs would overlap on the same vehicle/person, the system stops you and says so. If you really mean it (you staggered them manually), tick "force schedule" to proceed.
Why
An early version silently dropped the second job on clashes, so a confirmed order never appeared on the calendar. Now clashes warn loudly and nothing is lost.
Driving mode¶
A big-screen view of today's jobs with voice navigation: tap once to navigate to the customer's address in your phone's maps app. Made for moving crews on the road.
