Invite helpers

HuanHuan's partner mode is built for how small crews really work: a few people teaming up, with the money kept separate.

The app calls everyone you bring in a helper — not an "employee", not a "co-owner". This page covers how people get in, and what each side can see once they are.

One person is a store; together you are a brand

  • The business you open (say "Ah Qiang Moving") is an independent store: its own storefront at app.huanhuan.com.au/s/<store-code>, its own ledger, its own invoice letterhead.
  • You pull helpers into that store so the work gets done, and to the outside world it is still your one brand.
  • A helper keeps their own business. They might run a cleaning store of their own, or none at all (those accounts show "Helper · no store yet" at the top). The two identities are not exclusive — one account does both.

Helpers do not trade under your brand

The old version of this page got that wrong. The live wording is right there on the invite page:

Once joined, you help with this store's work as a helper and only see collaboration-related content.

A helper takes the job you dispatch to them — they do not go out selling under your name.

Two ways to become a helper

Your side: Me → Settings → Edit store / storefront / invite helpers. On that page there is a card called 🤝 Partner invite, described as "Share the invite code/link to invite a helper to join."

  • No code yet? Tap ✨ Generate code. The card then shows Current invite code and Invite link.
  • The link looks like app.huanhuan.com.au/invite/<code> — paste it straight into WeChat.
  • Codes can be pulled back: 🔄 Regenerate asks "Regenerating invalidates the old code immediately. Continue?", and 🚫 Disable code asks "Disabling makes the current code/link stop working immediately. Continue?" Once disabled, nobody can join.

Their side: open the link you sent; or in the app go Me → ＋ Enter invite code, which opens "🤝 Join a store", paste the code into the Invite code box and tap Look up.

Once the code resolves, the page shows the store name, its trade and "· Owner {your name}", with one button underneath: ✓ Join this store as a helper. That's it.

When your own helpers can't take a job, you can push the dispatch to the public board (see The public board). Once someone applies, a card appears on the dispatch: 🌏 Public applicants (n), introduced with:

Chat first if you like. Confirming makes them a helper of your store and reveals the full address and customer details.

When you tap ✓ Confirm, the confirmation repeats it: "Confirm {name} for this job ({amount})? They'll become a helper of your store and see the full address and customer details."

In other words: no invite code needed on this path. They apply, you confirm, and the helper record comes along with it.

Joining twice does not create a second person

The invite-code path spells this out: a helper who opens the same link again just gets one line — "You're already a helper at this store." — and no join button at all. Open your own code and you get "This is your own store, no need to join." A disabled or mistyped code gives "This invite code is invalid or disabled."

On the public-board path, the 🌏 Public applicants card only lists people still waiting on your confirmation — someone who is already your helper doesn't turn up there again.

Once they're in: what you can do

  • See them: scroll down the Today page to a collapsible card 🤝 Helpers · N. Each row is the helper's name, which of your stores they belong to, their phone, and "Joined {date}".
  • Remove them: the red Remove on that row asks "Remove {name}? They will lose access to {org}. Continue?", then confirms "Removed".
  • Price the work: pay is negotiated one helper at a time, not one rate for everyone. See Private dispatch (your own helpers).

Two different Remove buttons

Remove here kicks someone out of the store — they get nothing from you again. The Remove on a dispatch only withdraws the offer on that one job; they stay in the store.

What a helper can see

The live one-liner: "only see collaboration-related content." Concretely:

"Helpers can't see the job's price" isn't our claim — it is printed under the button on your dispatch page:

Helpers only see their own amount, not the price of the job itself.

Helpers also cannot edit the source job — that stays yours. Change the time or the address and their copy follows, with a line logged under 📝 Change log on the dispatch: "Order details changed · …".

Letting them see your schedule

You can share your schedule timeline with helpers: on the Schedule page, under Today / This week, tap 🔗 Share and set the level to Helpers only. The live description:

Only accounts that are logged in as a helper of this store can open it: shows customer name, address and notes; no phone, WeChat or price. Their own jobs are marked ★.

What they open is titled "Schedule timeline", subtitled "Helper view · customer & address shown, no phone or price". Their own jobs get a "★ " in front, and the legend reads "★ = your jobs".

Cases you will run into:

  • Not logged in: "This schedule link is only open to helpers of {store} — please log in", plus a Log in to view button that brings them back afterwards.
  • Logged in but not your helper: "…your account isn't a helper there", with no button.
  • You rotated the link or turned sharing off: the old link opens to "This link has expired or sharing was turned off".
  • Under Me → Stores I help (N), every store that has sharing on gets a 📅 Schedule button on its row, opening the same timeline.

Other people's jobs take the slot without showing the content

A job your helper takes for another store shows on the shared timeline as a purple block titled 🤝 Away job — date and time slot only, no customer, address, store name or amount. Same on both the Public and Helpers-only levels. So the timeline you hand out never pretends you're free, and never leaks the other store's business either.
